Because, we believe there is a huge gap in of help and support for men in order to tackle the challenges posed by organized extortion rackets, police and judicial corruption, bad character women who have spoiled the social fabric of India.

Body – is a temple
The most important thing you can do on a daily basis for your body and mind is to go for a RUN. A short run or a brisk walk will help your anxiety and depression immensely…. if you have your doubts , go for a run for next 30 minutes, come back and read the rest of this blog.
Remember to feel each breath you inhale and exhale, watch the surroundings and see how your feet land on ground and how fast you are lifting them up for your next stride. Watch the rhythm of your feet and jogging vis a vis the music you may be playing on your phone while you run.
